It starts with consuming words

One page at a time

The craziness, the mad passion and love

Until the last candle burns out every inch of light.

From your soul

Sparkling mad ideas

Flurrying echoes

Stay away, child

From that hardbound curse

The verbal thirst

Longing for words.

It’s a sin.

Don’t grab that pencil.

Burn them all

The books, poems, and songs

Run away, child

Save yourself, from the wilding minds of literate polliwogs.
